Additional Details: - At 112 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Chanute, Iola, Humboldt, Yates Center, Erie, St. Paul, La Harpe, Gas, Neosho Falls, Galesburg, Savonburg, Elsmore, Stark, Earlton, Bassett, Petrolia, Iola Airport and Chanute Airport. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
