Impacts: At 12.0 feet, Water reaching the bottom of the bridge at East River Road and 450 East. River Road and a few county roads are closed by high water.
Additional Details: - At 9:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 12.4 feet tomorrow evening. Impacts: At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.
