Description

At 1136 AM CDT/1236 PM EDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Ogden Dunes to near Wheatfield to near Fowler, moving northeast at 50 mph.
Hazard: 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Impact: Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include Portage, Valparaiso, Chesterton, Rensselaer, DeMotte, Hebron, Otterbein, Remington, Wheatfield, Lakes of the Four Seasons, South Haven, Porter, Roselawn, Kouts, Oxford, Burns Harbor, Ogden Dunes, Town of Pines, Beverly Shores, Hanging Grove, Wheeler, Collegeville, Dune Acres, Stoutsburg, and Fair Oaks.
