Recommended Action
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Description

The Flood Warning continues for the following river in Alabama Florida Escambia River Near Century affecting Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. For the Escambia Riverincluding CenturyMinor flooding is forecast. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov/mob. Click on the Rivers and Lakes menu for forecasts and observations. The next statement will be issued when updates occur.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Escambia River near Century.
When: Until further notice.
Impacts: At 17.0 feet, considerable flooding of lowlands. At 19.0 feet, low lying pastures will flood. Cattle should be moved to higher ground.
