Total freezing rain amounts: up to 5 mm.
Time span: this afternoon until noon Thursday.
Remarks: Several hours of snow are expected before precipitation eventually transitions to ice pellets overnight, then to several hours of freezing rain early Thursday morning. Most areas are expected to change to rain by Thursday afternoon.
