Where: Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following areas, Atchison KS and Doniphan and Missouri, including the following areas, Buchanan, Caldwell and Clinton.
When: From late tonight through Tuesday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
