Where: San Diego County coastal areas and Orange County coastal areas.
When: From 6 AM Saturday morning to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.
Impacts: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and beach erosion.

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. Always swim near a lifeguard. Stay off of sea walls and jetties. Waves will occasionally run farther up the beach than expected, especially during high and rising tides; set up farther back from the ocean and do not turn your back on the ocean.
