Description

What: Heat index values reaching 105-109 degrees expected.
Where: Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Alabama and southern middle Tennessee.
When: From 11 AM Wednesday to 8 PM CDT Saturday.
Impacts: Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.

Recommended Action

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
