Beach Conditions

Paul Lake-- only a half hour northeast of Kamloops -- has trails a day-use area with beach and cartop boat launch adventure playground and sani-station. There is also camping here but the campground fills up quickly!Paul Lake Provincial Park covers more than 670 hectares and includes Douglas fir pine and aspen. A hiking trail leads to Gibraltar Rock. Trails are popular for bird-watching (ospreys swallows and white-throated swifts) and nature viewing (coyote and mule deer).This beach is not monitored nor do we have any data on it. While it may be safe to swim please check with your local authorities or watch for posted signs.
