Bear claw in the clouds

520 views Richard Trus July 29, 2015 Hamilton, ON Date shot: July 26, 2015

Lots of active weather over Hamilton Ontario. These clouds covering the sun formed a bear claw in the sky. There were two different types of clouds - one that was significantly darker and at a lower altitude than the others. The contrast between the two types of clouds created the bear claw effect. A bear claw can also be a tasty treat - after a long drive to Hamilton and the clouds start to look like tasty pastries time to stop for a snack. Photo Credit: Richard Trus - www.richardtrus.ca
