Driving south on Hwy 400 this morning we saw off in the distance a yellow cloud like substance blowing across the Hwy. As we got closer we came across this. Turns out it was a toxic cloud from a fertilizer factory. Luckily no one was injured and the cloud dissipated. Hopefully it doesn’t come down with the rain tonight!
