Beach Conditions
McCabes Beach is a small Southold beach located ½ mile east of Kennys Beach on North Sea Road in Southold. The beach overlooks the Sound and has restrooms a large parking lot and lifeguards. It is frequented by windsurfers. Parking by Southold Town permit only: residents 6 per year non-residents 150 per year. Hours are sunrise-10pm daily. Handicap accessible. No alcohol fires or pets allowed. This is a Tier III beach.
