Beach Conditions

Located at the mouth of Ochlockonee Bay Mash Island Park provides an assorted environment for visitors. As part of the Coastal Marsh Belt the park hosts marsh grasses a secluded beach savannas tidal creeks and pools. Low water levels invite families to bring their children. Tidal pools offer a plethora of sites for explorers and birders will not be disappointed. The park is operated by Wakulla County and is open year-round. Activities popular here are canoeing/kayaking windsurfing scuba diving fresh water fishing and boating. Fishing regulations/license may apply. Onsite amenities include a pier and boat ramp.
