* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northeast, andsoutheast New Mexico.* WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening.* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especiallyfor high profile vehicles. Blowing dust could reduce visibility.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A very localized dust source near the RoswellAirport will likely be activated by these high winds today,producing near zero visibility along the Roswell Relief Routebetween Sunset and Brasher.
