Issued at 15:20 Sunday 29 January 2023Lake effect snow is expected tonight through Monday across far
eastern Alger County. Snow amounts of 2-5 inches are expected east
of Munising between 7 PM this evening and 7 PM Monday evening.
Locally higher amounts exceeding 6 inches are possible across far
eastern portions of Alger county near and east of Grand Marais.
These snow showers may make road conditions slippery and can
sharply reduce visibility. Slow down and use cation while
traveling.
