Description

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of east central Kansas, including the followingcounties, Anderson and Coffey.* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 454 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. This will cause urban and small streamflooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Colony, Westphalia, Kincaid and Lone Elm.
