* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 25 to 30 mph withgusts up to 40 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezingtemperatures as low as 27 expected.* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, southwest Minnesota, and eastcentral and southeast South Dakota.* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CDT this evening. For theFreeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 7 AM CDT Saturday.* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Treelimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitivevegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
