Description

* WHAT...A developing southward flowing longshore current, and aModerate risk of dangerous rip currents are expected.* WHERE...The beaches of Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, SaintLucie and Martin counties.* WHEN...Through late tonight.* IMPACTS...Freshening north to northwest winds behind a passingcold front will produce a strong southward flowing longshorecurrent today, which can push swimmers into deeper waterunexpectedly, making them more susceptible to dangerous ripcurrents.
