This includes Crater Lake, DiamondLake, Willamette Pass, and Mt. Ashland.* WHEN...Until 2 PM PDT this afternoon.* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and periods ofreduced visibilities.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest snowfall rates expected throughthis morning when 1 inch per hour rates are likely (70%-90%) andcould bring periods of limited visibilities. Recent warmtemperatures will likely delay and diminish accumulations onpaved road surfaces.
