Winter Weather Advisory

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills to 55 below and blowing snow with
low visibility expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph will cause areas of blowing and
drifting snow with visibility one half mile or less at times.

* WHERE...From Point Lay west.

* WHEN...6 PM today to 3 PM Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills to 55 below will develop this
evening and continue into Friday. East winds will increase
tonight and Friday with gusts to 35 mph Friday night and
Saturday. This will cause blowing and drifting snow with low
visibility Friday night and Saturday. Cold wind chills as low
as 55 below zero will cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes
to exposed skin.
