We were aware of the large amount of rain we would be getting, but did not expect the tropical storm to amount to what it did, so we only removed the cushions from the gazebo & stacked the chairs. We would've removed the canopy of the gazebo had we known the extent of the winds we would receive. I don't think anyone was prepared for this (atleast not anyone I've talked to in our area). I've lived in Fredericton my entire life & have never b4 seen the extent of the damage left in Arthur's wake.
