The mighty Aurora Borealis. At one point I was completely surrounded by vertical beams of light that changed colours and danced like silk ribbons in the sky. I have seen some good shows but this morning was one of the best and most peaceful. I was out shooting by myself as a gift for my mother and Grandmother since I couldn't be with them today... and to ALL the mothers out there Happy Mothers Day, I hope all day is this beautiful for you !
