Mother daughter eclipse collaboration! I had long scouted out this location for the eclipse shot. My daughter joined me to manage the second camera and bring the artistic eye to the composition. Upon arrival i found that several sailboats were parked at Pinhey’s Point along the Ottawa River. After being initially concerned for the view I think they added to the shot! These images are blends of images shot with and without a solar filter. However for each picture the same camera lens and exact location was used, the camera setting adjusted for the changing light
