Kids, Dinosaur, Bikes, Firetrucks - why are these all together? CRESTON LIONS - CHILDRENS' PARADE - Blossom Festival A warm, +26 sunny Monday morning greeted all participants and viewers for the Creston Lions Childrens' Parade in the 76th Creston Valley Blossom Festival. Excitement and hearts took a leap as our Creston Fire Rescue turned on their firetruck's lights and sirens - showing and announcing to all the parade was starting. Mayor Ron Toyota lead the costumed children through town - some were walking, others rode their decorated bikes and in wagons. Joining in the parade with Ms Blossom were costumed Fruits and Vegetables. BreeRex added joy and energy to the parade. Children from the parade then went to Centennial Park for Childrens Picnic - participating in games, activity stations, music, food and Splash Park. Enjoyable time for all. Thanks to all involved!
