I was not but ten minutes north of Elliot lake when.. The great spirit appeared. It's eyes were first locked with intent and advancement. We took many moments to feel each other out not knowing we were both top predators. A calmness came over me and it crossed the 108. It almost felt like it was asking me to snap the image of its magnificent size. We parted our ways learning about one and another. This was one of the most amazing moments I've ever had on #thegreattrail in #elliotlake. Memories for a lifetime.
