It's been a tough two years of keeping a close watch on the tiger lilies in our yard. The infestation to the Red Tiger Lily Beetle almost wiped out all of our tiger lilies. Fortunately we caught them in time. Only meticulously searching and careful hand-picking off the adult beetles and excrement-covered eggs were we able to get control over this particularly destructive invasive species that preys solely on a diet of tiger lilies.
