Pictured is a young Trumpeter Swan who was born this year and is now the size of its parents. Its feathers are slowly turning white and its bill displays some orange colouring which will eventually turn all-black. This youngster is part of a family consisting of two adults and four youngsters. Photographed this afternoon October 8th.
