Trumpeter Cygnet - Early Morning Stretch

114 views Port Skipper July 12, 2014 unknown Date shot: July 12, 2014

I got to the lagoons early this fine Saturday morning to catch the Trumpeter Swans feeding. Hoping for a wing pic I got on the shore next to where they had settled in to feed. It was 8:02a.m. when I clicked the shutter to get this. This bird will be the first to fly. It looks like the same one every time I get one of these poses. Maybe it was because I got so close but they sure looked bigger again today. Should be able to say that about the wings soon.
