After last night's wild weather it got sunny this afternoon. It was dry after dinner so I went to The Nonquon/Port Perry Lagoons to see how the Trumpeter family made out. The answer was OK. The cygnets were asleep on the shore between Mom & Dad who let them sleep as I approached. I got close enough to get a decent shot of the cygnets. Of interest is the wing feather structure on the cygnet closest to the camera. Looking like a real feather. Another day, another sign of future flight.
