I've seen lots of Chickadees this year (VIDEO uploaded) but never have I seen one of their nests, until now! I could hear a faint tap-tap-tap close by and when I zeroed in on it I realized that a sweet little Chickadee was squeezing into this small dead tree trunk and chipping out its own small nest. There was hardly enough room for it to get in or out but figure by time it was finished it would do just fine. A pretty cool thing to see for me, thanks Mr. & Mrs. Chickadee!
