This baby, probably the last to hatch, wasn't ready to fledge with its siblings but did try. It fell to the ground, directly under its nest where I found it. Almost dead with temps hitting 34C I took the baby inside to try and rehydrate it. I was successful in bringing it back to life and eventually put it back into the nest it dropped out of. Luckily mom was in the nest with it the next morning! Baby and mom were gone a day later to join the rest of the family in the bush resulting in a very happy ending!
