Northern hawk owl flew right towards me after catching a vole in a field. Flew it up to this tall pole where it dined on the vole slowly. Ate it piece by piece. Seems to be enjoying it. What's with the weather? Two of the last 3 weekends, it's been raining on Saturday. All the good weather is between Monday and Friday which is when this photo was taken. Near Ottawa.
