These ospreys were enjoying the sun when the USS Billings came through the locks. Some would say the birds were being 'harassed' by the passing ship. Others would understand from common sense that not much bothers these (or other) birds. They do, after all, have wings from which they can soar away from potential danger or 'harassing' objects :)
