Many of us have been photographing this northern hawk owl in Almonte since December. It would often hunt in the fields that line the road giving everyone great views and photo ops. Not anymore. Spends most of its days in the woods not too far in. You will have to follow the well worn path in. Stays on the same perch or near it day after day. The litmus test confirmed my suspicions and I'll leave it at that.
