The Nonquon/Port Perry Lagoon Trumpeter Swan Cygnet next to shore seems to have reached the same size as his mother. The Cygnet on the pond side seems to be eyeing them both and wondering if Mom is shrinking. When I first spotted the family on June 6/14 the cygnets were about the size of the adults' heads. A lot of growth in about 3 months.They will be flying at 4 months.
