A pair of Cormorants who had been resting on the docks of North Bay's Marina seemed too relaxed to go fishing while enjoying some occasional flashes of sunshine. It took a Mallard flying by to wake the one up and away it went in for a swim. It seemed to take a few minutes to completely wake up in the water and then under it went to the amazement of a handful of onlookers.
