Stars and Lightning all at once!

332 views André Audet July 23, 2017 Kouchibouguac National Park, Kent County, NB Date shot: July 6, 2017

There was electricity in the air that night... It started with severe thunderstorm in the evening, then things partially cleared before another thunderstorm hit the same area at 3 am. In the short period between the two storms, the clouds went a way for just a bit, allowing me to see the stars. This was shot in Kouchibouguac National Park, at the giant Wigwams at Callanders Beach. Kouchibouguac is a Dark Sky Preserve and is protecting the night sky from light pollution, making it an ideal spot to stargaze.
