St Catharines is more of the Windy City than a snowfall mecca, however many were surprised that there was ACTUALLY a "DECENT" snowfall amount two weeks ago. All gone now pretty much. But what a treat for a "Northerner" like myself!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS EARLY!!!
