Prince’s Island had a plethora of these plants in the planters, planted by the city. It was great to see the colour early in the season instead of dirt. Not the wild crocus found in the fields and I see the difference between the two plants as these are a beautiful deep purple and large plants. So very pretty - thank you so much @cityofcalgary you do a wonderful job making our city looking good all year round!! 5:40 pm (9:13 pm sunset)
