So this happened - I was sitting on a rock deep in the forest eating a date and this scruffy looking little guy headed straight for me, I quickly finished eating then got up and he tried to follow me - I gave him a wide berth, took some quick photos and went on my way, usually when I have seen raccoons in the woods they go in the opposite direction - must’ve been the food smell
