A lot of people were out watching this accommodating short-eared owl. Resting on a snow bank next to a ditch along the road. I know the location of several northern hawk owls and most will be kept very quiet including one shared with me in November. I have told no one about the location and neither do I share my sources. I'm good at keeping locations quiet when I have to.
