A piece of my heart went with my girl ,Nukka , when I had to say goodbye,two weeks ago.Nukka had been such a big part of my life and, for almost 17 years, my best friend and companion . It will take some time to get used to her not greeting me in the morning and our morning and sunset walks. I would like to thank the cast of TWN for making Nukka such a celebrity for several years now. .A special thanks to Suzanne Leonard for naming Nukka the Unofficial Weather Network Dog, Chris Mei , for the numerous times he showed her videos . Especially the mention of her on the Allen Hawco segment! Also Chris St. Clair, Kim MacDonald,Nicole Karkic, and Chris Murphy. Plus all the people who visited from across Canada and stopped in to see Nukka and have their picture taken with her. You have made her life so much more special.
