A nice owl to see on a frigid day. This was taken after sunset when the temps warmed up a bit relatively speaking. The morning was more brutal from what I heard. The owl was still in its roost at 6:22pm when I left. I was curious about its unusual behaviour. I stayed inside my warm car looking at it from a distance. Only ventured out once in awhile to see if it had moved.
