Canadian Tiger Swallowtail Butterflies warming in the sun having a drink after a few cold rainy days at Floodwood Lake near Cochrane ON. June 6 2014. You can see the butterfly's proboscis extended into the muck. Dozens of this breed and another small blue butterfly in the area. Both were being stalked by rather large dragonfly larvae in the muck.
