This is Nipissing Road with a young bull moose standing on it in the early morning. It is part of the Trans Canada Trail system. As the dogs and I walked, we were greeted with this wonderful view, but could also here a vehicle coming from the behind the moose. It would, in a few seconds, come around the bend in the road back there. As the moose's ear indicates, it can here the vehicle coming too! The ear points directly back, the moose is fully aware something is coming and moved safely off to the side as the truck passed.
