My wife and I were heading North on Highway 59, home to Headingley last night around 6pm and this cloud formation was dropping moisture, on what looked like, directly on the city of Winnipeg. If you blow it up you can see a rainbow forming in the bottom left side of the rain band. Taken while my wife drove, from a moving car with an IPhone 5.
