Snow turned into ice spikes on the tree in my front lawn. Hydro line and other trees seem to be free of ice (only snow deposit). I think the corner of the building created a whirlwind and temperature droped further at the centre of the whirlwind. Tree branches those were in the centre of the whirlwind collected ice pallaes to form ice crystal.
