This happened during the rain last night. Not sure what it is? Pollution Control has been contacted. They will be picking up my sample I gathered to further analyze it. This "rain" has rinsed off our vehicles but our house is now stained with Blue dots. Only our place was affected. The staining is on all 4 sides of our house.
