One witnessed 2 dead porcupines, laying dead, ripped apart and 2 ladies beside pulling quills from their dogs. Their reply, our Dogs don't chase, attack wildlife! You have to have contact with Porcupines, in order to be quilled and they must feel threatened. Lets keep dodging issues council, dealing with the issue presented to you, back in 2017 and since, daily of off leash dogs chasing, attacking wildlife and killing. Coyotes being hazed during pup season, if they are forced to abandon their young, will be left to die.
