It boggled my mind to see what was available from street vendors on Beijing streets just off main streets in the city centre. These Eels were just one of a variety of uncooked and cooked foods, used books and many other items that were available. These offerings were interspersed with Trades Persons, who for example, fixed shoes while you waited.
